Docs Onsite is an application designed to manage files, calendars, tasks, billing, and time tracking. It connects to Exchange to sync calendars, email, and tasks, and syncs time tracked with QuickBooks for billing. Secure file uploads are stored in Amazon S3 for effectively infinite storage. File access is designed to be secure and auditable, allowing financial firms to rely on Docs Onsite to use it as a repository for client and internal documents while controlling who can access each file and ensuring a clear audit trail for every document in the system.

We use Docs Onsite internally to manage our time tracking and billing, our team calendars, our documents, and our development, including a detailed peer review process for code quality and a support ticket system that integrates into client web applications to make it easy to provide customer support.
