		<description>Chris makes some nice comparisons between his prices and some competitors. I think the best point he raises is that a few thousand dollars is a ton of money to most individuals and a pittance to most large corporations. It&#039;s also a pretty reasonable cost for an entry level web site such as a simple blog or brochure ware site. It often leaves designers in an odd position of regularly charging more or less than the client thinks is reasonable or charging a different amount for the same amount of work which just seems unfair and wrong as a pricing policy. I don&#039;t think most clients are aware of this situation since they only approach the pricing from their own perspective.</description>
